**How many times you have gone to an oil change shop and asked  the guy that please put burnt oil (used oil) in to my car, probably none and instead you have always asked  for the best oil, but how is that we put burnt oil(fat) into our body for whole life time and expect that  our body work fine. Water and Water

Water is by far the most important substance in human life, and without it no existence is imaginable.

By definition water is "odorless, tasteless, transparent liquid that is colorless in small amounts but exhibits a bluish tinge in large quantities.

It is the most familiar and abundant liquid on earth. In solid form (ice) and liquid form it covers about 70% of the earth's surface. It is present in varying amounts in the atmosphere. Most of the living tissue of a human being is made up of water; it constitutes about 92% of blood plasma, about 80% of muscle tissue, about 60% of red blood cells, and over half of most other tissues.

It is also an important component of the tissues of most other living organs.
Your body uses lots of water on each given day and you need to replenish this water according to your level of activities and time of the year.
Now the question is how we are going to do this.

The water that we lose or use during normal activity or exercising is very valuable  and we should supply the body with the best quality of water available , drinking water in any form or from any source might not be the best choice that you have, as matter of fact it can be very harmful to your health.

You might not believe but it is true water kills or make people sick more than anything else in the world, mostly due to contamination and impurities.
The best thing that human can do to water is to filter it, and apparently he has not been completely successful in that process either.

From all these sources of water rain water is turly the best and we should avoid drinking all other kinds, because even spring water depending of what kind of land is coming from might have its own issues, and on the other hand what percent of people have access to spring water?
Then what is best alternative to tab, filtered or even spring water.
God or nature (for those who don’t believe in him) uses the same filtering system as human tries to use, but  the only difference is that god has the proper equipment which human being is in lack of those.

As an example let’s take watermelon, water content of watermelon is %92, this water has been drawn and stored from surrounding  soil very slowly through the roots of watermelon which are very thin, the process has taken months to perform, fraction of droplet at a time.

This process is the same for all the suncooked food. In contrast when human tries to filter water he does it with an incredible speed, in a way that he can filter tons of water in no time, now would you trust with 9 or 10 glass of this water in a day as a part of a therapy or regular use for your health.

The pure water that has been stored in fruit and vegetable is the kind of water that can participate in cells activities and really be used up, as of tab water stores between the cells and become one cause of obesity and constipation. People who eat cooked food (not suncooked) all the time and as a result drink lots of water become susceptible to all kind of sicknesses ranging from common cold to chronic diseases.
