**How many times you have gone to an oil change shop and asked  the guy that please put burnt oil (used oil) in to my car, probably none and instead you have always asked  for the best oil, but how is that we put burnt oil(fat) into our body for whole life time and expect that  our body work fine. And this kind of food makes us happy. This is never going to happen.**

Do not read the Label

All the nutritionists insist that we should read the label before consuming of any product.

Now the question is why we need to read the labels, how come apple banana and celery don’t have any labels, ism’t it because simply we do not know what is in them, for example let’s take an orange there are so many unknown ingredient in it that we can’t even list them, we are sure if human being really knew what was in an apple or fish or any other suncooked product he would be able to produce something like it or at least have tried to, why because he knows it is useless and he would only be making  fun of himself even by trying.

So when they refer to read the label what they mean obviously is to read the label for potato chips, Candy, cookies, cereals, orange juice...

What they really tell you is to find out what has been added to natural ingredient.

The First addition mainly and normally is heat, this is what that has been added.
What do you see on %100 all natural organic peanut butter jar label, they say nothing artificial is added it is only peanuts they do don’t say why this is so creamy and sometime the oil is separated, what has happened to the poor peanuts they have simply cooked it, and what is more unhealthy than heat.

We have to remember heat is the first preservative and destroyer of the nutrient within the food, most of the time with heat you do not need to add anything else, this one item is more than enough. There is an old saying that says if you have one friend like heat you do not need any more enemies. The second possible added ingredient might be sugar, and the list goes on and on, all array of harmful preservative and chemicals which none of them obviously is good for human consumption. The list of additive is endless and no ordinary person can know all of them and know what they can do to our bodies, so what should be the choice as a general rule let’s not eat anything that has a label attached to eat, so you do not need to read any labels. But if you have to read a label please translate it as

“Not intended for human use please avoid this imitation of food and discard immediately”
